  1. CoventorWare – Layout, Process Editing, 3D Modeling and Multi-physics simulation
  2. FEMLAB version 3.2 – Multi-physics simulation, electromagnetics, electrokinetic simulation, microfluidics, etc.
  3. Solidworks Version 5.0 – 3D models.
  4. EM3DS - Electromagnetic Simulations.
